Who can exhibit?
Suppliers at ALTS include premier luxury hospitality brands, destinations, DMCs, cruise lines, airlines, travel tech solutions, villas, and boutique hotels. Our suppliers are united by their exceptional service, outstanding products, and meticulous attention to details. They represent the highest standards of luxury travel, offering personalized experiences that perfectly cater to the refined preferences of their guests.
How to apply?
Fill out an application form, and our team will analyze your request. At this stage, your participation isn’t confirmed. Once we process your application, you will receive a notification from us.
Can I share a table with another supplier?
Each request for table sharing is analyzed individually by our team. Please contact us for further details.
Can I present the full portfolio of a brand?
In general, you can, although keep in mind that the time slot for each meeting is limited and it might affect the quality of your presentation.
How many delegates can join?
The Standard Package includes access for one delegate; however, you can purchase an extra badge for 600 EUR. The Premium and Partnership Packages include access for two delegates.
Is accommodation included in the Package?
Our packages don’t include accommodation. Once your participation is confirmed, our team will share with you a reservation link to book your stay at the Host Venue with a Group Rate. Alternatively, you can book your accommodation at the Host Venue through the ALTS team or ask us for alternative options nearby.
Does ALTS arrange transfers to and from the airport?
Our team can organize a round-trip transfer in the host city on the dates of the event. Please contact us with this inquiry.
Can I bring a friend/partner/family member to the event?
ALTS is a by-invitation-only event. Only attendees registered to participate will be allowed to attend. We kindly ask you not to invite non-related guests, as they won’t be allowed to join.
Can I cancel my application?
If you need to cancel your attendance, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible so we can process your cancellation and replace your spot with minimal impact on the show.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Once your participation is confirmed, cancellation is subject to a fee. The amount depends on how far in advance you inform our team about your intention to cancel. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions you accepted for further details about the cancellation policy.
